Self-care: do what makes you happy
We are here to do what makes us happy and follow what feels right. So what is that for you? Really think about it. Allow the first answers to just come out freely without judgment, then dive deeper in.
Self-care looks different for everyone. What works for me may not be what works for you and vice versa. Here is ONE thing that I know impacts everyone, the different aspects of self-care: mind, body, and soul.
Dive into each aspect: mind, body, and soul. Give yourself time to journal about each. I will give you some journal prompts to help you unpack each park of self.
Journal Prompts:
How long is your now?
Where do you feel the most peace?
What was the moment where you felt most motivated?
What are you holding onto that’s holding you back?
How do you measure success?
What job would you do if you weren’t paid?
What was the moment where you felt most grateful?
If you restarted your life from scratch, would you end up in the same place?
When do you feel the most connected?
What is something you do differently than anyone else you know, and why?
Now take some time to settle with your thoughts. Think of what activities would support you and give you energy in each aspect of self: mind, body, and soul.
REMINDER: THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG ANSWER!
