Truth is - it has nothing to do with motivation, at least the daily motivation. Having determination is key. Having consistency is key. It is all the little steps you take daily that get you to where you want to be. Having an overall goal and breaking it down in to smaller goals and creating action steps around that is what gets you to where you want to be.
How are you going to get yourself where you want to be?
Change the negative and limiting "what if's" into positive "what if's".

What if I fail?
What if I am not good enough?
...TO POSITIVE
What if it works out?
What if I learn something new?
What if I am exactly what is needed?
You see how this one shift can have just major impact?!
Here are some of my go-to questions for mindset shifts:
1) What is the gift/lesson here?
2) How can I add in some fun?
3) How is this going to stretch my skill and build confidence?
4) What is one way I can see this fear as a fix?
I encourage you to create your own list of question when you are in a spiral of negative thinking or self-talk.
